1. EAT CLEAN

There's nothing more true than "You are what you eat". Exercising can be a pain but it is practically inevitable when sculpting out your dream bod. An easier approach to starting your healthy road to fitness is to simply eat cleaner; Less fried foods, less cocktails, more greens and a lot more water

2. MEDITATE

Close your laptop, put your phone on airplane mode, disconnect and stimulate your mind in a different way. Meditation is absolutely necessary for a balanced life and a refreshed mind. Even 10 minutes a day can make a tremendous difference in your life.

3. TRAVEL

Traveling really does help you learn about yourself and gain a new perspective about life. Whether a 2 hr drive or an 18 hour plane ride, getting out of your natural element for a couple days definitely rejuvenates your spirit. It doesn't have to be expensive to travel; it will cost, but the experience will be priceless!  Live a little.

4. THRIFT / CONSIGNMENT SHOP

Buy, Sell, Trade! Consignment Shopping is a great way to keep your wardrobe exciting without spending a lot of money. There's a ton of luxury consignment shops out there where you can get incredible designer duds in mint condition. Keep the consignment cycle going and sell some of the pieces you no longer wear.

5. GIVE BACK / CHARITY

It pays to give back. It's good for your community, society in general and your spirit. It doesn't always have to be a monetary donation. Time is of the essence and yours can be very valuable to the charitable entities that need it!

6. SAVE MONEY

This is pretty self explanatory. Money is made to be spent, but it's a lot better when you save enough money to spend it on something a little more substantial.  it's okay to clip coupons, it's okay not to spend a ton of money going out. Focus on spending money on life changing experiences and milestone purchases not temporary fulfillment.
