I have done everything to my hair at this point. I have bleached it, relaxed it, been natural, worn protective styles and everything in between.
I really can’t pinpoint a time when my hair has been its healthiest because I change my hair styles so much, so it hard to observe any changes. I am probably the problem, I never leave my hair alone long enough to get to know it. We have a dysfunctional relationship. It is ironic that I know what I should be doing but stil struggle to do it. I was told by my licensed stylist to stop bleaching my hair at home but guess what I did last week? Bleached my hair (Horrible I Know).
I just love the blonde look on me. I know Blonde is not worth sacrificing the health of my hair but I just cant stop, I’m sure some of you can relate haha. Whether it is hair dye or that ice cream that you KNOW is breaking your diet, it is sometimes hard to “Do he Right Thing”. During my questionire I should have put “The biggest challenge I face when it comes to my hair is adhering to the advice of hair care professionals”. My Journey will be a test of will power as I have let go of my bad hair habits. In order to get a different result I will have to do something’s different.
