Best Sunglasses for Your Face Shape

Your summer outfit is never complete without the right pair of shades, and picking out the ideal sunglasses for your face shape, isn’t as easy as you might think.

There are frames that work to set off your killer features, and then there are frames that well… don’t. Here are a few tips to help you find the perfect frames for your face shape:

Round- Characterized by soft & contoured features, round faces generally have a width and height that are roughly equivalent. Stick with geometric shapes like horizontal frames. Wayfarers and cat-eye shaped frames  will give your face a longer, thinner look.

Heart- Heart shaped faces typically have a broader brow and a narrow chin. You can direct attention downward or elongate your look to even out proportions with the right pair of frames. Light-colored frames with thin temples, or frames with exaggerated bottoms will definitely help you achieve this.

Oval- Oval shapes can pull off just about any look when it comes to sunglasses. Keep proportion in mind...Try not to go too big or too small for your face.

Square- Sqaure shapes have two features that characterize their distinctive look a prominent forehead and a strong jawline. This makes you the perfect candidate for a few different sunglass shapes. Try curvier frames like round, oval, aviator, butterfly and semi-rimless to accentuate your eyes.
