Low Cal/Keto: Watermelon Slush

Info: Just 87 Calories, the recipe makes 3 cups, and it only takes 5 mins to make!

Ingredients: 3 cups of seedless watermelon, 1 c. Frozen strawberries, two scoops of lemon sorbet, 1/4 c. Pineapple Juice and 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice

How to: In a blender, combine watermelon, strawberries, sorbet, pineapple juice, and lime juice and blend until mixture is smooth. Pour and serve.

Vegan/GF: Pineapple Mint Agua Fresca

Info: Try with different fruits and herbs, can also be a delicious base for a rum cocktail!

Ingredients: 3 cups pineapple chunks, 3 cups water, and 15 mint leaves.

How to: In a blender, combine all three ingredients and blend! If you don't have a powerful blender, you may have to strain out the pulp. Serve over ice.

Kiddos: Citrus Sangria

Info: Flavorful, fruit-filled, and immune-boosting! What else do you need?!

Ingredients: 1 lemon juiced, 1 cup of orange juice, 1- 12 ounce can of Blood Orange Strawberry Pear juice, 12 ounces of grapefruit juice and thinly sliced lime, lemon grapefruit and orange.

How to: Juice lemon and orange, combine all the juices, add in thinly sliced fruits and mix all in a large pitcher. Serve chilled

Spice Lovers: Cucumber-Jalapeño Margaritas

Info: Don’t forget to remove the seeds from the jalapeño... or don't for even more kick!

Ingredients: 6 cups of ice, 8 ounces Blanco tequila, 4 ounces fresh-squeezed lime juice, 1.5 ounces of light agave, half a seedless cucumber and one de-stemmed and seeded jalapeño pepper.

How-to: Blend it all up. Pour into glasses and garnish with a cucumber slice and jalapeño slice. Enjoy!
